  We stayed for two nights. Everything else was great, but the towels were not changed, which felt unhygienic.

  As a location, I think this is a very nice hotel to stay in; however, for a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service.? We were disappointed by several issues during our stay. First, housekeeping knocked on our door around 8 a.m., waking us up to ask if we needed cleaning. We requested the service, but when we returned to our room around 3 p.m., it had not been cleaned. Even after we went out to dinner and returned later that evening, the room was still not cleaned. Additionally, while my friend and I were resting in the room, the door had not been closed properly and was slightly open. A hotel staff then opened the door without knocking, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Another issue occurred when my friend ordered food via Deliveroo. The order was marked as delivered, but we could not find it. We asked the lobby ambassador for assistance, but she was not helpful at all. We eventually found the order ourselves, placed on the concierge desk. Overall, the service from the staff was very disappointing and felt cold and unwelcoming. While I would recommend the hotel for its location, the level of service was far below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

  Lovely luxury hotel in the heart of the new town area of Edinburgh. Very comfy rooms, great food and helpful staff. Highly recommended

  入住的当天是生日。 连住了三晚。 check-in的那位先生AF**帮我升级了一下房间。还送来了生日香槟??以及朱古力??。真的10分的开心??。thank you so much 次日在酒店用了早餐品种丰富味道出品很好。 夏天再去爱丁堡也会继续选择这家。
