到酒店接近7点，进入里面指示不清晰，到了酒店一侧，拿了行李下车之后准备进入，才告诉不能走这边进，要回去从另一边绕过去。不知道看到我们那么久，为何不早点告知，而且有门，为何不能进？另外酒店七点厨师下班，周边没得吃的，除了一个吃团餐的地方，开车出去找了好久，后面还遇到大暴雨，酒店外积水严重，鞋子进水打湿，衣服也打湿，没有人指挥停车，也没有人理你，或者说打个伞接应或者帮忙提下行李，反正就没人理你。到了之后，找了半天没有找到订单，办理入住超慢。到了酒店房间，阳台上都是掉的墙灰，矿泉水也没得赠送，烧水壶都脏成什么样了？超差的酒店体验。硬件差，服务更差！

服务态度差，早餐的那个收碗的女人凶的不得了，小孩一个馒头吃了一半没吃完就凶的骂，天啊没见过那么凶的人，又不是浪费，只是小孩一个没吃完太凶了建议别来，旁边还有很多合适的
