徐婷和薛建美的接待和解答特别详细耐心，值得推荐，旅游线路他们也非常熟悉，推荐非常合适。可能峨眉山比较潮，酒店房间有点味道，不太喜欢铺地毯的房间，地毯会觉得担心细菌超标

中秋假日到峨眉山度假，泡温泉，主动免费升级了房间，安排入住5号楼。还安排了服务管家徐艳鹏，工作效率很高，及时周到。小长假不错的休闲度假选择。

酒店离峨眉山高铁站大概十分钟车程，距离报国寺和峨眉山游客客运中心都很近，十分方便。
作为老牌的四星级酒店，峨眉山大酒店设施齐全，配套服务完善，温泉、茶坊、机麻……是度假疗养的好选择。

可惜忘拍照了，酒店位于游客接待中心附近，步行10分钟内可到达，对于第二天上峨眉山的游客很合适，旁边就是报国寺，附近也有很多餐饮店，酒店配有专属管家，这次接待我的是（江雪飞美女）服务很热情，有疑问都一一解答，可能是酒店开业时间有些年限了，导致很多设施设备比较陈旧，体验感有点差，总体来说还很满意

环境很好，服务态度超棒，尤其是服务管家江雪飞，很贴心，还给免费升级房间。唯一的缺点就是房间临着马路，晚上偶尔有车声。
