让我非常失望。我订的是13日，并提供同程信息，酒店硬说是12日，说是同程给他的是12日，之后就不理我了，当你不存在，非常无奈。我不知是同程的错，还是酒店的见当天客多不想给优惠房外卖，故意造事端。也不知是双方谁的错，总不能拿客人开涮吧。而且那个男主顾态度很差，给评价应该是极差。

先前有点误会，但还是顺利入住，谢谢老板和谢谢艺龙。酒店位置很好，泡灵秀温泉和红珠山温泉都是不错的选择，酒店底楼有卖小吃和中餐烧烤等，房间后面都是空调外机所以有点吵，味道还行。峨眉山春节人气相当旺啊，值得推荐！

老板服务挺好，定的豪华套间，到店后发现实际房型与网上照片不一致，卫生挺好，离报国寺很近，相对来说性价比不是太高。
