我预定的是四季汤屋，酒店自带浴缸，可是温泉水好冰，每天只有16:00到23:00开放，挺让人扫兴的，希望温泉水能热点，开放时间24小时，环境还行挺清净，只是人好少，希望能改善

汗蒸房不能用，温泉到晚8点才有，酒店客房服务说因为故障，本来晚上11点客房温泉关闭，但是耽误了两个小时，客房服务说会增加开放时间，结果不到12点水就很冷了，酒店大堂连我住在什么位置也不提醒，我直接到主楼的房间号对应房间，结果打不开，找大堂，大堂告诉我直走左转就到了...服务太差了，属于能骗一会算一会这种，联系不要入住了...与描述严重不符
