塌方范围，没有入住
暑假酒店不好预定，在别家订了10间房后不够，艺龙网推荐这家玉茹酒店，好不容易定了三间房，去的那天晚上因为酒店那边塌方没有住进去，酒店也没有打电话通知我们，还是我们订的其他酒店通知我们说塌方，你们还不给退费，定的别家酒店也在塌方范围，10个房间房费全退了，你们家就是不给退这天的费用，确实不满意。对于这个问题，我们也会向相关部门投诉！
