幽静适合度假，周围比较冷清，服务热情，温泉池子很小，湖景房确实坑人，跟园景房没区别价格就贵了。

作为每年都要来两三次的老顾客，这次是酒店换名字后第一次来，说真心话安纳塔撤走后，留下的给人感觉没有以前好。大堂前台没有以前热情了，儿童俱乐部进去后看不到工作人员在哪里，玩了很久人才出来。湖里面有游客在划船，也没有看到工作人员在哪里。这些现象在以前安纳塔的时候都是没有出现过的。最气愤的是，在前台退房的时候，3岁儿子自己坐到椅子上，结果椅子的扶手是松的，儿子一靠直接断掉，孩子一个倒栽葱掉下去。我是真心喜欢这个酒店，每年都带孩子来，但是这次更名后的体验很不好，酒店增加了很多自费项目，但是在本身该有的地方倒退了不少。晚上就是两百多的自助餐也是我吃的史上最差的自助餐，无力吐槽了。怀念安纳塔还在的时候你们的样子。
