前台和餐厅服务人员都很友善。虽小淡季，自助早餐改为提供面条稀饭鸡蛋馒头等，但都不错。靠近游客服务中心，出行很方便。该区域周边宾馆酒店众多，优劣有时难辨，虽价格略高一点同条件私人宾馆酒店，但连锁酒店相对规范放心，一般不会被坑，可以选择。

房间很大，服务态度很好，有衣服落在酒店了还打电话通知了，位置也很好找，距离报国寺观光车几分钟。唯一不足是马桶声音有点大。

酒店服务不错，就是停车位太少了，后来我们停到对面交大里一整晚也没收费，只是有点距离。房间还可以干净整洁，旺季爆满的情况能住到这种性价比还是可以的。
