设施非常老旧，床单明显没更换还有沙子，更搞笑的是用水时间限制晚8点到10点，好吧等到用水时间了结果没热水问前台居然说枯水季节请体谅，好吧冷水洗脸结果发现水是黄色的。只好不洗脸刷牙将就一晚了，除了位置方便带小孩看日出外没有其它一点值得入住的，再也不会选。

酒店位置不错，正值山上的枯水期，所以酒店用水时间做了限定，早上一个小时，晚上两个小时。订的豪华大床房洗手间的味道很大，又不能换房，服务员来处理了一下，还是如此，睡一个晚上体验真是糟透了！

为了看日出，也只有住酒店，不想半夜爬山。这家前装修，关键是有地暖，暖和!

金顶上能选择的酒店太少，只有金顶大酒店可以算作比较规范的酒店。酒店就在索道出口下面，步行前往十方普贤大约十分钟。对于想看日出的人来说，可以算是最好的选择。酒店的暖气很足，房间把地暖关掉也把我热得不行，只有稍微开点窗户透气。吃饭的餐厅在悦霞楼对面，走路也就两三分钟。除夕夜情况特殊，能点的就只有几样菜，味道普通，价格也还在合理范围。总的来说至少能让你吃住放心。环境不同不能跟山下酒店一样的要求。

地暖在冬天很惬意，服务很周到。游峨眉山人特多，停售上山车票，前台就协调怎么上山，过程中还关心进程，一级棒。房间也特别的干净，位置离金顶非常方便。一句话舒心，爽心。

酒店很不错，干净卫生，空调制热，后面晚上觉得有点热我们关了空调睡的。离金顶不远，怕有高反，我们慢慢走上去的，十五分钟左右。可惜天公不作美，下雪了，没有看到日出云海，但雪景很美。酒店送了早餐卷，到美食林吃的，品类蛮多，味道也可以。前台服务热情，入住提醒看日出最佳时间，离点提醒东西拿全。
