我从网上查到这家酒店的服务很好。因为怕订不到房，所以我一早就订房了。但是我不知道原来夜上是没有交通到酒店，我马上打电话艺龙让我取消或者改期，结果是什么都没说一样，然后我马上打电话给酒店，客服很热情，她说没关系，改天上来报一下名字就可以，我从美国回来旅游几年了，还是第一次碰到这样的酒店服务，不是钱的问题，心里非常感激国人的真诚和热心，不是钱的感激

位置不错，入住的时候赶上酒店设施在调整，没有空调。床上有电热毯和厚毛毯，倒也没觉得冷。酒店有24小时的热水，这个没想到，来的时候听说雷洞坪已经限水了。

建议商家把旅店去掉，晚上很冷，窗户上都有冰花，说的有空调，到点却没有，只有一个小型热暖气，还不让放到房间，只能放在卫生间，说怕水管冻住了，总的说来就是一个卖方便面的小饭馆

酒店位置比较好，但是就是设施比较旧，感觉就是那种100元左右的农家乐，春节期间600多。没办法靠山吃山。
