环境幽雅，房间设施很好，重点是卫生不好，一、客厅地毯太脏，二、地板上头发太多，三、阳台上的地板好像没打扫过，太多灰尘，四、整个房间的家具上灰尘很多，看不惯我自己擦的，五、客厅灯光太暗，六、洗澡时才发现热水器没插电，（原谅我家是用天然气的，没用过电热水器。）想着烧一晩上，早上再洗，结果早上水也不热。(热水器是服务员插的电源。)
