b3房间不错，早餐也挺好的！直接去酒店前台订房比携程网上就多30元，简单省事。我们在携程上定的房间结果去酒店拿到的房间根本不一样，协商了近两个小时，不晓得到底是酒店方还是携程方哪里出错了，最后所有的一切都是消费者承担！真的是伤不起，以后再也不用携程了！

酒店硬件设施算准五星，但是房间淋浴水太小，还要先把浴巾打湿再挤水出来才勉强算洗了个澡，房间空调一晚上都只有19度，害得小朋友感冒了，泡温泉第一天人太多只好放弃，第二天去泡了一次，小朋友还补了50，两天的温泉套票啊！我们只泡了一次，还补钱？最差的温泉，一点味儿没有，真是太假了，不想去第二次了！
