酒店卫生不怎么样，地下有头发，配备的洗漱用品欠缺剃须刀，房间的空调效果不好，噪音太大，然后厕所的排气扇噪音大，洗澡地下没有防滑垫，房间不怎么隔音，连个晾衣架都没有

服务热情态度好，房间宽大明亮，干净整洁，这个季节床上都给配备有电裖子，睡觉很舒服，早点略显简单但都是热的。也很好，感谢艺龙所提供的服务。真的很方便！

首先酒店位置很好，高铁峨眉山站坐12路到旅游车站下，对面就是了，离峨眉山旅游客运中心只有50米左右的距离，超级方便。在门口就有公交车站，601路可以直接到达高铁站，也可以直接到达乐山，可以搭5路到中心逛逛峨眉山市区也不错。接着酒店服务一级棒，到的第一天就详细给我们介绍了峨眉山的旅游路线，对于我们的提问也不厌其烦地回答，早餐也很好吃。房间很干净，客房设施很齐全，住的很舒适。总之在峨眉山的3天玩得很尽兴，很舒适。下次还会继续选择这家店的。
