  元旦出行，酒店生意异常火爆，温泉很舒服，汤池多，就是人太多了像下饺子。早餐很丰盛，虽然人满为患也有序，供应也非常充足。相比淡季去体验更好性价比更高！

  性价比之选，汤池超级多，适合小朋友的有造浪池，泡泡派对和滑滑梯泳池，孩子玩得超级开心。房间做了升级，有阳台能看到园景，管家服务超级贴心，小汪美女还给孩子准备了伴手礼，下次还来！

  自从酒店开业到现在，每年冬天都会来，以前是2个人，现在是一家三口带孩子泡温泉的首选酒店。酒店衞生环境和各种汤池服务都是很好的。明年还来。

  二楼房间靠近温泉池，房间潮湿像进浴室，房间门陈旧多灰，软硬件设备陈旧，水龙头水流全开小到可怜，下水不畅。节假日亲子房价格1288对比其他民宿和五星景观酒店性价比太低（误踩坑），还不如住600上下全季和亚朵的软硬件，完全看不出五星标准，酒店周围环境几乎没有自然景观，出门就是路边商铺，属于沿街酒店。看图看视频这个教训是深刻的！还是要多看评论。

  1200多一间的房间费用，完全值不起！下午4点半到店，被告知还没有房间，至少需要等1小时。然后我们想换酒店，被告知前台处不能办理，让自己去找大堂服务部再沟通（前台完全无笑脸，更不要提良好服务）。等了半小时，再次去询问，又有房了，中间也没有人来搭理告诉一下。办理入住后，订的是2间亲子房，进去后，有一间地面湿的不得了，然后找到前台，换了一间，依然是湿的。本是个温泉酒店，房间里浴袍只有一件，起码1小时才拿了来，所有浴袍非常破旧，都开线了。汤池，可能人太多，里面有各种杂物，纸巾，棉线，拖鞋穿错的人比比皆是。 晚上因为我们2个小朋友，请多拿一个牙刷，拿来后，竟然发现牙刷没有刷头，从来没有遇到过！ 第二天早餐，餐厅很小，4个人到了餐厅自己独自找了起码30分钟才分成2桌和别人拼桌坐下！ 总体感觉挺老旧的酒店，房间感觉和照片很不相符，没有办法接待这么多人，却没有增加服务的人员！
