确定：房间墙体因潮湿都烂了，也没有维修，卫生间较大，排风扇的声音很大，装修老旧，电视更是老旧，优点：交通便利

房间还行，卫生也还将就干净，就是床太软了点，热水也半天都放不热，空调没有任何作用，靠近广场这边的房间太吵，楼下的广场舞晚上十点多还在放歌吵的不行，而且前台的服务态度差的不行，就像欠了他们家钱一样，说话特别冲！

宾馆式的服务态度，设置陈旧。洗澡半小时才有热水，不值得去住。
