不是第一次住这家酒店，原本觉得位置偏远很清静还是可以的。结果这一次的入住让人大失所望。我们入住两晚，每天晚上都被吵到半夜两三点。第一天以为是春节游客多，有点吵闹正常，到第二天晚上才知道原来是楼上在打麻将打通宵！我们多次联系酒店前台要求处理，酒店员工以各种冷处理对待我们。在我们要求退换房时，得到的答复却是你们一开始没有要求要清静的房间！天啊，我们第一天来开房间的时候已经提出了需要两个安静的房间，前台安排说高楼层都是安静的，却没有告诉我们楼上是棋牌室。对于酒店员工的服务态度真的是太失望了，从晚上十点到凌晨一两点，甚至今早退房，都没能给个解决办法，每一次电话沟通后，我们等来的都是毫无变化和冷漠，甚至连一副耳塞都不能送上来。对于睡眠不好第二天还要持续开车800公里的长辈来说，连续两个夜晚只有2个小时睡眠有多痛苦。在我们提出要投诉时，员工的态度是随便，这难道是一家黑店吗？没人能管的了吗？至于早餐以及清洁我就不予评价了。留给之后的客人慢慢体会吧。
