  酒店环境很好，房间也超级豪华，孩子很喜欢，美中不足的是服务，感觉酒店人员严重不足。办理入住速度慢。温泉区离酒店有点远，带长者走过去有点远；温泉区服务人也稀少，开放的池也不多。

  如何评价这次的消费体验，我是看了很多的评价再决定来恩平国际酒店，总体感觉如下： 1.前身是恒大，感觉到之前的大气和豪横，现在确实没落了，末日贵族的感觉非常强烈，设施保养维护严重不足，也理解酒店经营环境不佳，绿化养护糟糕，客房衞生不到位，灯光也能不开就不开也能理解，毕竟任何的服务都是需要成本支撑的。 2.客房保养还可以，比较气派，就是太大有点不聚气的感觉，一次性用品和拖鞋，就是招待所的配置，一下把档次拉低，喷淋水压不足，感觉没有使用加压设备，房间乾湿分离，算是亮点，还有宽旷的露台，可惜没有什么风景。 3.有5国温泉，规模之庞大，应该是无敌的，遗憾的是周日只开了一个，据説人多会加开一个，体验感对比其他温泉来説，都有软件和硬件方面的硬伤，硬件：全部温泉池水深只有不到50cm, 更算是泡脚池，周边园林绿化都是一篇颓废的惨象，管理严重失衡，这里要説大部份消费者的素质有待提高，温泉池遗留的毛巾和一次性水杯不带走，更有消费者用椅子堵住温泉池的入口，独享泡池，作为管理者应该管起来，再説説更衣室，更是一篇狼藉，用过的毛巾和拖鞋满地都是，水压不高，配的沐浴用品没法用，让体验感直线降低。

  The location is a bit nowhere in the midland. Luckily we drove our car and get there by luck. Gaode Map pointed us to a different location and the hotel name and direction are not displayed clearly at the main road. Service are good and attentive. Other than this, the experience is superb and extremely good value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean & tidy. Only complain would be the shower which the water pressure is low and we could hardly tune the temperature. The Hot spring is located separately with 5 min walking distance. Changing room and swimming pool are great too. Breakfast is nice with lots local variety but not great. Standard is 4 stars for breakfast. Not many great restaurants for dinner nearby and we managed to find one with 15 minutes drive.
