本来想给差评的！早就发了确认信息显示已成功预定！到了酒店前台居然以找不到订单为由拒绝办理入住手续，这样的借口真是太烂了！拖了好久还好艺龙客服处理好这种无赖的问题！酒店不能为了一点点的钱缺了诚信与良心吧！
