虽然因为国庆，在订房时发生了一些波折，但这个酒店卫生很好，环境也不错。关键是地理位置好，就在腾龙洞游客中心对面，很方便。周边吃的地方也很多。

早餐一般，与一般三星酒店差不多。房间无冰箱，空调声音有点大，可能是刚装修完，气味有点大。地理位置尚好，走路到东方城附近的一个大超市也就十多分钟。门口有公交到市里。边上吃饭方便，边上的一个叫“乡厨”的店子吃饭较卫生。

不错不错，跨过马路就是腾龙洞游客中心，有地下停车场，去龙缸，腾龙洞，恩施大峡谷都很方便。房间的设施有点高档，也很卫生，就是一点不好，洗发沐浴配的有点差.，都不起泡，些许的有点失望。

大堂挺大气的。但是！办理入住时，旁边另外一帮子人在抽烟，服务员完全没有制止，连提醒示意都没有！非常差！而且办理入住等待了很久，工作技能一点都不熟练，也没有互相配合，反正就是一个字慢！房间里设施条件还可以，酒店三层还有24小时足浴。早餐自助餐也还可以。
