酒店的设施，客房，餐厅都很不错，房间的灯是智能感应的，赞一个，热水很好，早餐很丰盛，餐厅的服务很好，就在火车站旁，非常方便，门口有多路公交车，后面有很多吃饭的地方，只有一点略有欠缺，前台的客服每次办理入住续住退房的速度都非常慢，看她们也都很认真的再做，但就是比其他无论大、或小的酒店都慢三倍时间，这个有待改进！

应该算当地最好的酒店了，离火车站非常近，周边道路还在施工，进出不太方便。酒店和恩施游客中心是连在一起的，有大戏台和很多餐饮店，比较方便。
