房间设施一般，被褥潮湿，早餐很差，跟酒店的星级不配套，房价含早，注明自助餐，但是牛肉面的面点师说煎鸡蛋只能一人一个，虽然最后按要求提供了，但是服务态度很差，差评差评差评，我们也是看点评去的，实际情况很差

入住都挺好的，可结账走的时候说床单弄脏了要清洗费，毛巾也要清洗费，还说清洁工洗不干净必须要收这个钱，七七八八加了大好几十块，结账走了之后（快上高速了）还打电话说还有洗衬衣的费用没付，叫我返程再去付一下，我的妈妈呀，我们一家四口就没有人穿衬衣的，这是什么操作？能宰一点是一点吧？好好的旅程 闹心🔚

酒店去巴东县最好的酒店，环境很好，江景房，旁边就有商场，吃饭购物都比较方便，但是酒店客服特别慢，入住退房都用了很长时间

早餐包含了，还可以。有停车场，加床可能需要另外付钱，床还蛮大的，可以带孩子，酒店位置不错，长江边上，附近购物吃饭都很方便
