酒店外观非常有特色，但仅此而已。内部设施比较一般，类似快捷酒店。房间保养得不好，换了2个房间都有很严重的下水道臭味。换的第三个房间位置比较远，手机信号很差，酒店wifi也根本连不上，洗澡水很难调节。春节期间服务也很一般，既没有其他客人评价里说的晚间赠送，连餐厅都直接关闭。和四星距离相差太远。第二天改住武陵都宾馆，同样是比较老的酒店，同样的四星，确是完全不同的体验，无论是服务态度还是酒店环境还是餐饮，都非常满意舒心，价格却比富源还便宜。
