恩施大峡谷最好酒店之一，房间够大，设施卫生都不错，空气好，但是我8月22号10点左右退房时服务员给我退押金给了我一堆零钱，我拒绝后，她又给了我两张50的，居然说没有整钱，怎么可能，这么大酒店前台没有一百元吗？我心一软没再理论，后来离开以后发现有一张50元是少了一大角，真是挺气愤的，摆明是故意的，不讲诚信，希望管理者好好思考一下！
