  昨天晚上十点定的，因为临时有事去住不了，一点然后给店主打电话说帮忙退一下款，店主答应了，后来打电话一直不接，发短信不回，就是不愿意退。今天还发信息骂人，态度极差，。不愿意退可以，可以直说！但是打电话拒接，还发信息骂人。昨天晚上没有入住，还白花了160
