酒店干净，服务人员态度好，给升级了房型。防疫工作做得不错。就是体温枪不准。给我女朋友测出了37度的体温，吓了我们一跳。后来缓了一下又测回36度。一场虚惊。需要改善的事为什么卫生间拉门旁边要设计一块镜子。半夜起来上厕所，突然觉得有人影一晃，再侧身看见一个人，吓得我一身冷汗。定睛一看是自己。稍微有点心脏病的人会被吓死。希望酒店考虑更正。

这家酒店在恩施算很不错的了，就是位置稍微有点偏，装修风格很喜欢，窗帘都是电动的，唯一吐槽的是淋浴间洗澡水排的很慢，门外流一地水……

特别棒，智能化，干净整洁，恩施最好的酒店，本来定的是商务大床，去了小姐姐给我们升级到了豪华套间，房间宽阔明亮，得有60-70平吧，很温馨，早餐也很丰富，好吃
