19日入住21日退房，订了两个晚上的两间家庭房，在结账时离店时发现客服操作失误网上只操作了一天，少返现一天房费的现金，客户当时就说表示晚一点再申请操作，再补打电话给艺龙网，谁知到现在还没有答复，相当于多交挨交了几十块钱房费。

还算可以。我们是19日入住21日退房，定了两间家庭房都是两个晚上，但是离店时客服人员在操作确认返现金时少确认一天房，所以就少返现一天金额，临走时再三与客服确认补操作成功后会电话答复，至今未见回复电话也不见返现现金，多挨交几十元房费。
