每次来都能安排满意的房间，这次早来，还安排个最差的，旁边还有抽水的机器在那响，要求换房，总台还在那唧唧歪歪，最后连个回复都没有，我花钱就想要睡个舒服觉，这种待遇是想要投诉吗？
