酒店很棒.面对大海.很舒服，但是唯一失望的是前台的服务态度.房费算错，不听客人的解释，粗暴打断.最后发现是自己工作的错误.也没为自己的错误为客人道歉.态度恶劣.我是从来是不差评的客人.这是第一次.她的编号394. 我们是今天退的房1027客人.早上退房.394说你们的房费588.比我们预定的多出了60.我于是问说：不对呀，网上预定不是这个价的，394就马上说“你可以打开手机自己查”态度就不好了，我马上拿出手机查，她也开始查，马上发现是她自己错了，没半句道歉的话，就低估不对丫，不对丫，然后查了半天，就接着说“你们房间没包早餐，因为吃了早餐所以就是588”我很客气的解释，我们今天没有用餐.前天的用餐已经付过了⋯⋯”可是我的话还没说完.她是凌空打断我⋯⋯很不客气的凶我“我在查！”请问素质在哪？一个星级酒店，所谓的防城港最好的酒店，就她成了最大的败笔.你们自己可以想想，一份你们酒店的早餐60元吃得到吗？她自己是在为自己的过失找借口.找钱凑.从头到尾没为自己的失误道过谦.始终往客人身上找原因差评.小饭店的前台都没她那样的，第一次见.我也看过你们酒店可以的点评.也有说前台服务不好，要反省

环境卫生还是不错的，早餐很丰富，但是我真心觉得浴缸位置没有挡帘是一件很奇怪的事情，总有不方便顶我地方，应该给住客选择放不放下来，不能不给放，这点是非常不合情理的
