  非常好的酒店，比周边的家庭旅馆高了很多等次，因为靠近海边，常年潮湿，屋里有潮气，作为南方人的我们应该习以为常，北方人可能会不习惯。

  首先，卫生还是做的比较好，整个酒店很大气，这个价格性价比很高！出侧门就是海边！也比较安静！阳台的桌椅和鹅卵石很合我意！

  先京岛酒店说好的方面，工作人员态度服务都很好，卫生清洁里里外外都好，差的方面是，但早餐太简单而且卫生勉强，看图。酒店设备设施总体老化，严重缺乏投资，但可以理解，因为老板去防城港城区投资房地产了，而且这个酒店的固定资产是国家的。

  可以说是老年度假酒店。早餐和工厂食堂差不多，排队领，酒店设施有点旧，不过性价比蛮高，对得起这个价格了。
