酒店位置很好，房间又大又干净，落地窗看出去的景色很漂亮。
但是前台有待培训，我看酒店配套里面写有接站服务，结果打电话过去询问，服务员很茫然，说不知道，然后转接到一个什么部门，对方很冷漠的回答她们没有这项服务。这种态度给酒店形象打了折扣，到了酒店办理入住时前台的服务人员态度倒是挺好的。

东兴口岸附近最好的酒店，开业不久，硬件设施齐全，酒店里可以看到对面的越南景色。服务态度很好！特别想赞一下酒店的布草质量真的很好，柔软舒适！早餐品种还有提升空间！

酒店是2018年12月开业的，就在东兴口岸旁边，是东兴目前最好的酒店之一，购物吃饭都很方便。酒店的性价比很高，各项设施齐全干净，服务员见面会打招呼，门口的服务小哥主动帮拎行李箱。房间里有独立的衣帽间，厕所和淋浴间分隔开。早餐的品种较多，味道也好。以后来东兴就住这儿了，也会推荐朋友住这里。

房间很大！很漂亮，很新！就在口岸旁边，对面就是越南芒街！4楼和5楼有茶点和中餐厅，吃饭也很方便！
