前台服务细致贴心，必须点赞！
不足的是房间卫生。我们住了两晚，头一晚孩子吃东西有些花生颗粒掉地上了，由于没有工具我们就没能打扫。第二天回来，地面丝毫看不到打扫的痕迹，这一点非常不好。房间整体来说比较安静，只是鞭炮声不断，房间隔音效果不好。总体来说还不错，下次还会选择

此次和家人一起会亲访友，开始觉得防城港没有什么好酒店，抱着试试看的态度定了深航酒店，设施上性价比很高，细节做的很好，服务很到位，确实体现出服务者的心态，美中不足就是一楼自助餐厅的服务确实有待提高，此次旅行不小心将包遗失在酒店娱乐房，被晚上检查工作的酒店领导发现，及时归还，拾金不昧。让我们住的很安心，真心不错的酒店。

酒店很干净，服务态度也特别好。在这里过年，周边没有吃的玩的，主要是防城港这个城市人太少了，待一天差不多就玩完了。
