地理位置不错，设施不错，环境很干净，WIFI信号很好，服务也很不错，服务人员都很和气。美中不足的是：初一早上的自助餐，餐票上写的是7：30，实际开饭时间8点，耽误大年初一早上给老人拜年。为了尽快去拜年，初一的早餐未吃，申请退早餐费，而服务台不给退。建议明年大年初一的早餐改为7：10开始。除去初一早餐开饭时间有些晚之外，其它各项都是非常不错的，特别是大年初二的早餐种类丰富，品种齐全。总体评价，可以得90分以上。四季文华酒店是值得信赖的吃饭及住宿场所。
