五星级酒店，服务态度冷漠，房间楼道嬉闹吵吵嚷嚷致电服务生无反应！
客房没有迷你吧，两个饮料🍹 方便面 饼干🍪之类都没有，也没有客房送餐服务！
实在是无语😶😶，也不知这五星怎么评定的？是因为奉化市区只有这么一家五星酒店造成的冷漠么，下次再回奉化，一定不会选择入住华信，宁可99-199左右的连锁酒店，相信人性化程度要高的多，至少半夜想吃个方便面总能满足你！
