因为奉化都没建好，位置显得偏僻，周围吃饭的就去银泰，太平洋吧，打车3公里。早餐没啥可吃的……太一般了。房间很大，设施一般，可能太新了吧，一股木头味道。空调不好用……

空间很大，就是卫生间略小，不过有个厨房间也可以洗漱。停车方便。周围比较荒凉，但是外卖没问题。性价比还是挺高的！希望服务更好，价格更实惠！

该酒店新建不久，距奉化市中心不远，周边的道路也很好，自驾车去市区或溪口景区都很方便。酒店停车场包括地面和地下车库，车位比较多。套房的房间面积比较大，房间布局也很好，可是作为公寓式酒店，设施应配到位，如自助厨房、简易餐具等等，总的评估应该不错。很遗憾这次“双节日”，酒店的游泳池不开放，据说是夏天过了不开，感觉没有道理。
