酒店糟糕极了，所谓江景房窗外望出去是臭水沟！！！！晚上到现在还音响噪音不断，服务员态度特别差！！卫生间洗漱用品全无！一次性拖鞋也没有。用了这么多年携程，第一次住这么让人心烦的酒店！！！

酒店设施还可以！但是一个自称客房部经理的女人前前后后敲了三次门问要不要体验足疗按摩！不开门就一直敲，不理会就打电话！早上九点正在睡觉客房直接开门进来了，说前台通知退房了，简直莫名其妙

江边的新酒店，房间比较舒适，性价比很好！如果要住江边的酒店就只能把车停在南华门大桥的停车场，步行到酒店10分钟，酒店去虹桥和酒吧一条街很方便，晚上要看夜景一定要选江景房哦，携程的服务确实不错，我们到了凤凰才预订，马上就订到房间了。

酒店很新，在江边，酒店给我们免费升级到江景房了，房间蛮有特色，还有仿古雕花灯，赠送的早餐品种有点少。

酒店设施还是很不错的，就是住6楼，电梯只到5楼，然后要从最左边走到最右边绕过去好麻烦，而且不在景区内，在古城这条街的最边上，到景区走路10几分钟吧，总体还是很不错的，清明节去价钱也很实惠，还有早餐，不过毕竟是酒店就不如住在古城里的客栈里，客栈的老板娘都是很热情的，什么事都会帮你弄好，就是清明节太贵了，平时去的话还是推荐住客栈，离古城也很近
