  什么**24小时服务在线，热水也没有，电话没人接，气死人，绝对的差评，千万不要考虑住这家，垃圾的不行，里面又脏又臭，一地的头发和毛毛……还有别人用过的套，被子都是懒的，千万别住

  国庆期间300多，算是凤凰相对比较便宜得了。客观评价：真心睡得不好，床非常硬，睡感冒了还。热水器一下热一下冷，吹风机只有冷风，洗发水洗了没有泡泡，真心是我住过最差的酒店，太累了，一晚上没睡多久。早上准备退房，到一楼和二楼都是不是出门的地方，有点被吓到，原来出口在三楼。老板没有提醒。太难受了。老板做生意也难，理解，所以给了个3分。做生意还是要好好做好，这样的体验真的需要急度加强了

  金水湾宾馆条件太差，无洗漱用品、连毛巾都没有，又没有热水，网络也差。被子也很旧，卫生条件一般，不推荐。
