服务态度很好，真心将设施还需要完善，毕竟条件所限，也无法怪老板。房间也相对小了点，不过插座倒有提供够，有个阳台吊篮可以观夜景。不过凤凰是晚上11：30对面的酒吧才会关小声，因此还是比较吵得。说一下凤凰夜景还可以，没有惊艳。还有待提高。

老板夫妻人很好，但是碍于陈旧的设备也会让人感到很不舒服，洗澡用水没有时需要从卫生间跑出来拿手机告诉老板开水泵，空调的功效比电风扇略强些，希望老板多赚钱改善一下吧

室内非常好，很有感觉，外面就是沱江，坐在阳台窗边很是惬意。老板给了空调遥控器和洗发水沐浴露，都没要钱。出门左面不远有个粉馆，可以吃早饭，有油条，豆浆，包子，茶蛋，还有各种面和粉。在屋内吹着空调就可独揽古镇美景，在大夏天的时候真的是心情舒畅。还有买水什么的在楼下就行，都不用出门，很好。

临江的吊脚楼，坐在阳台上看临江的夜景，非常漂亮，老板很客气，因为到晚了找不到停车位，老板还帮忙联系停车位??。

就在江边，风景好到晚上都舍不得睡觉好嘛哈哈哈，出去三分钟就到很有名的跳跳岩啦；老板很热情，还主动推荐熟识的特产可以便宜代购哈哈，下次朋友来还会推荐这家住宿！
