垃圾酒店，房间一股霉味，前台什么都不管，态度极差，而且房间实际和描述完全不符，小的要死，洗漱用品，拖鞋都要收费，真是呵呵了

服务很差（前台小姐），我是在艺龙旅行网订房好，到前台既然说没订单，催了好多次，就是说没有，多问几次，前台也不耐心帮忙，我等了一个小时左右才说有，冬天被子那么薄，还脏，害我2个人睡一个晚上感冒了，是在网上订房最差一次，下次不会再来住。

酒店设施不好。早餐极差。脱鞋还单独收费，5元一双。隔音效果差。洗漱用品也不提供。特别是名字。酒店任何地方都是锦绣凤凰大酒店。根本就没国际二字。同程上却有国际二字。要规范。及不舒服的一次酒店住宿
