Good location. Near to the ancient town. Hotel staff cannot speak English. Breakfast is very Chinese style no bread no milk. The hotel room is so so ... Less quality than the pictures show. Hot water is not working well.

按确认信息中的导航地址开车前往，根本就找不到酒店，好在电话联系后，店方派了一个服务员把我们带到了店中，原来酒店在沱江的对岸，车根本就开不进去。

我们一家人到凤凰古城是晩上9点，联系酒店才知道是在沱江边上的，没有停车泊位，幸好在酒店工作人员的帮助下在古城里转了40分钟花了50元钱才找到的；酒店位于沱江边上古城景区就在附近，十分钟路程就到景区。

春节前刚装修完，网上没提示，建议不要订。味道很大，大人流眼泪，小孩头晕，不提供洗漱用品，设施几乎都是坏的，提出退房。老板娘态度极差，不给退，百般刁难，无奈离开。已向携程和12301投诉。携程在处理，现在返程。同时向凤凰旅游局投诉，晚上无人值班，白天态度恶劣，建议有问题直接12301。
