  非常不错的一家酒店，房间挺大的，乾净衞生，位置好周边有非常多的饭店。

  县城中心位置的老牌四星级酒店，性价比可以接受，位置挺好的，周边小吃小饭馆林立，生活非常方便，酒店设施比较老了，但质量和衞生状况都没问题。免费停车场在地下，入口在酒店大门出门左转的位置，不是很显眼，车位也比较紧张。前台服务不错，早餐品种不多，品质一般，餐厅服务员给人的感觉还是若干年前政府招待所时期的样子。

  以前住过奉节饭店，但是这次体验是很差的。订房时平台明确提示有免费升房服务，前台入住时不仅没有办理升房，也没有任何解释説明。 递给我房卡的时候我询问是否有办理升房服务，却由另一边的女士前台生硬地告诉我开的这个房间还可以。 如果确实有因无法提供相关服务请记得及时告知。 酒店的位置靠近很多夜市，吃饭方便，白天逛街也还是可以的。衞生一直都还挺不错，服务是比较差的。记得有一次入住，我丢了一件物品在房间，后来是我自己回想起来给酒店打电话才找到，客房拾到了丢失物品，但酒店并没有主动联系我，前台办理入住时却明明留了电话。希望服务有所改进哦

  酒店位置好，但开车进地下停车场时标志不清，标志为另一酒店标识，吓的我不敢进，围着酒店转了两圈，没办法进酒店，把工作人员叫出，确认为奉节酒店的地下车场，白白浪费了近半个小时间，建议酒店把地下车场的标识标牌清楚，方便外地游客！

  俄们入住的时候酒店空调开不了，工作人员也口径不一，有的是空调坏了有的是中央空调没有开。最后经过协调説是空调打开了，但是不知道什么问题温度还是降不下来，一晚上闷闷的也不是很舒服。标记的高档型正感觉不匹配，总结就是有新酒店还是住新酒店吧，老酒店设施方面确实不行。
