聚龙湾天然温泉度假村是放松身心的好选择！从气派的大堂到舒适的客房，整体环境整洁雅致，东南亚风的园区绿植葱郁，漫步时很惬意。
温泉配套很加分，泡汤后能体验特色火疗，夜间灯光氛围感拉满，热乎的姜茶更是暖心细节。餐厅环境明亮，食材新鲜度不错。美中不足是客房部分细节稍显普通，园区指引可以更清晰些。
总体来説，不管是家庭出游还是朋友小聚，这里的温泉体验和休闲氛围都值得一来，性价比在同类度假村中很能打，还会再来！

入住亲子房，装饰有小童氛围之余，还有玩具图书电子琴，小童浴衣拖鞋口杯也有提供~一大床加双层小童床休息很方便，阳台泡池区还有星星装饰挂灯，小孩住得都不想走……美中不足的是，房间泡池座位靠背有3个排水口，会不时有下水道异味冒出，体验较不佳，望日后能有所改善

别墅羣的设计很方正，也很大气，就是有些年月了，整体还是维护得不错的
早餐：酒店里麪的早餐品种丰富，味道还是不错的，水果也新鲜
温泉：提供基础服务，有水和一些热饮，衞生不错，亲子游乐设施也可以，人不多，玩得比较轻松

房间新，设施齐全，我们定的主楼，泡温泉玩水就在一楼进去，温泉池和小童游玩池都不错，大人小孩玩水泡温泉都不亦乐乎，停车也方便，很大的一个度假村，好多老广在里面泡温泉，就是周边的美食一般，不太适合我们的口味

房间衞生等到3点多搞完 还是很多头发在地板上。每天只有一池温泉水，加温泉水200一池。安保人员毫无礼貌，欠了他钱一样，不想上班就不要上。没什么説的，完全不值800多，还不如去住民宿。

The hotel is quite nice. At the reception is met English speaking staff, it’s simplified communication very much. The hot spring on the balcony was very cozy and comfortable ??
