无论是酒店前台还是温泉的入口处服务人员，服务都是奇差无比！服务员说话语气生硬！说话不耐烦！在冰川水谷入口处与服务员有了争执，我对其中一个穿着工作服的工作人员说要她把经理找过来，她用一种很鄙夷的眼光看着我且很傲慢地对我说：“嘿嘿，我就是经理！”让人立马晕掉！总体给人的感觉就是中国七八十年代国营企业的服务态度！感觉他们才是上帝！觉得到他们这里玩是他们看得起我们！是对我们的施舍！无语！！！
