房间很漂亮~配有洗漱用品~还送了两瓶怡宝~前台工作人员也不错~态度比较好~门口停车的地方很多~就是没有人来帮忙指挥一下~不过酒店环境很好

真是令人無語的一次住宿。早上我不在房清潔吖姨竟以敲門沒人應，進來沒行李，以為已經退房就隨便入來清潔！住過酒店的人都知道，沒叫清潔服务，沒搞清楚就因為敲個門沒人應就可以這樣隨便入內嗎？我不至於壞心腸到說我放了錢不見了，但這種行為令人反感！這樣隨便開門一點隱私也沒有！也不問清楚到底退房沒有就隨便內進！剛好我朋友上來了看到這樣做事才火大卡放了前台就走。我去到的時候問，前台竟說已經退房，講問，單你收了沒，压金你退了沒？隨便一個人放張卡去前台就算退了，有多少個人去住酒店大方到压金都不要就走！不單不解釋還態度恶劣挂電話！最後個不知什麼經理過來，還說得好像是我的錯一點道歉的意思也沒有！真不明，一個可以解決問題給個說法的人也沒有！酒店沒問題但敗在這些人手上，那麼不愉快，完全失望不想有下次入住也不會提議朋友入住。
