下午六点多订的房间，十点到酒店说没房间还在打扫卫生，前台玩着手机也不说具体要等多长时间，最重要的是睡到半夜两点突然停电，打给前台，前台说可能是房卡有问题，还让我自己下楼拿。自己拿都算了，上去之后换过的卡也不行，最后给我们换房间，换的房间没有网都是小事，居然热水器也有问题。在这个地方不止住几次了，以前还觉得环境不错，现在这个服务我是不会再选择这个酒店了。

这个主题酒店，非常适合亲子游和情侣出游，房间很大，也很有特色，小孩子特别喜欢。虽然出外但很有家的感觉。

由于酒店在在万达，停车在万达地下停车场，还有就是入住位置不对，不是c栋1楼大堂，而是D栋13楼，总体还好

地理位置不错，睡觉安静。网上预订时，到店总说还在搞卫生，等了近一个小时，我再次去问才给办理入住。可能520生意好，懒得理我。对此态度极度不满！！
