酒店的环境位置非常不错，出门附近就有公交车站，酒店也可以代叫车的服务，周边出行交通都很方便。酒店服务前台及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。

酒店大体来说还行，卫生条件可以。房间也挺安静的，酒店服务人员很热情。停车也比较方便，房间网络也挺好。对我来说，酒店房间没网的话很难受的。总体来说这家酒店不错，下次还会来的。

分配房间窗户向内庭，较暗，前台整天在忙，好像总是搞不清状况，尤其是打扫卫生，乱丢客人东西，本来你人家没退房，你换个辈子和牙具什么就可以了，居然还把客人其他东西当垃圾丢掉，走的时候忘带纪念品，居然一律当垃圾处理丢掉，回去找，找不到还互相推诿。
