我是会员，订了三间房，拿房的时候没告诉我退房时间，早上十一点半打电话给我说十二点前退房，搞到我死催我的朋友半小时内起床收拾东西下去退房，退房的时候我问会员的退房时间不是两点吗？奇葩服务员告诉我一个我从来没听过的消息：“三间房只有你是会员，所以只有你的房间是两点退房，其他两间是十二点退房”，太牛逼了，觉得没有第二次

订单处理不理想，18：00下的订单要在18：00时前取消订单处理；但是在19：30分下的订单没能找到合理的方法处理，平台跟酒店都在互相推挡…所以本人觉得受到这次的情况；今后决不再去用这平台和酒店，也和朋友一起说这些事实、对于这种处理很不满意的；一个普通的退房在下单到退都不能办理，到现时都十个小时多也没有结果…这都不是给坑爹了吗
