刚开始办理入住时前台都很忙，没人接待，没人搭理！经过反映后危机处理的很好，立马降低了我不满的情绪。
新酒店，就在千灯湖旁隔条马路就到公园，环境很好，但吃饭不方便
升级了套房，很干淨、舒服，有浴缸。还有咖啡机，但没咖啡豆？？？
客房服务很贴心、热情。知道我感冒还，特意多放了水。
最终的感觉是很棒，推荐！

位置很好找，但是房间有点小，床应该也是一米五的床，其他不过不失，总体感觉还是不错的…………………………

白天大堂很明亮通透，干净利落，绿植很漂亮，让人很舒服，我住798的套房，朝向千灯湖，同行伙伴住的很满意，酒店虽然简单，但是正好是我喜欢的简约风格，各花入个眼而已，和5星级对比自然比不了，整体来说，一家酒店干净安全，没有乱七八糟的东西就已经很好了......

酒店环境什么的，包括硬件，人员都不错，早餐也品种多，很好。但相比这500多的价格就高了点，因为房间装修得不够细腻，比较简单，能接受这个价格的，还是推荐的。
