性价比高，环境卫生也挺满意，地理位置挺好的，有洗衣机。网络也算稳定，去三水广场或者新动力广场都不算远，楼下就有停车场。我住的时候停车场还免停车费，不知道现在有没有了。

价格划算，房间环境卫生都比较满意，有洗衣机，我喜欢里面的布局。朋友聚会都可以。楼下有停车场、也有公交站，挺方便的。楼下也有吃的，有麦当劳，去三水广场也挺近的。对面就是三水汽车站，坐车也方便。

洒店好，但手机充电器充电要交费，有乘人之危之嫌。同程不可以与保险公司合伙坑害消费者！住宿无须买保险，既使有风险也不会买保险，现在的商业保险公司是以盈利为目的，只顾自己赚钱，不考虑消费者的利益。多一家保险公司不如少一家，最好没有保险公司，老百姓少一份烦恼。

酒店楼下是麦当劳，对面是汽车总站，第一次住公寓式酒店，整体感觉还是不错的，家电配置齐全，很有家的感觉，最满意的是有洗衣机和一个小阳台，这次不用再带着脏衣服回家了😁
