酒店前台接待的小姐姐服务态度很热情很好，会主动打招呼，办理入住也很方便，免查房免按金，身份证讯息也是一人一证都有登记入住这家酒店比较安全放心，进入房间装修风格很赞耶，墙上的壁画很好看很有风格呢，房间里设施也是很齐全的，空调可制冷制热入住很舒服，服务很细致，还有房间WiFi账号和密码一目了然方便上网，性价比很高！

酒店的位置非常好，旁边就个翠宝园跟玉廉广场，很热闹非凡，来到这里完全不用考虑吃个娱乐的东西，其次:交通，酒店门口就是路边，离公交站就一百多米，所以，住在这里完全不用考虑出行方不方便的问题，最后:当然是入住酒店的体验感啦

酒店离公交站挺近的，一百米左右，交通比较便利，晚上出来散步逛逛街，吃一下夜宵都挺方便滴，另外酒店比较干净整洁没有异味，进入房间有股淡淡的香薰味很好闻，五楼有洗衣机啊，基本的设施都有，服务态度也不错，很适合短途休息

离地铁站比较近，周围很多大排档，离昆岗夜市也特别近，吃喝不愁，其他方面一般般吧，房间隔音不大行，早上被门外的人吵醒的

在没退房和行李还在房间的情况下，想续住结果酒店把房间卖给其他客人，把我们行李全部扔出来，态度十分恶劣，东西少没少也不知道，住了那么多酒店第一次遇到这种情况，挺凉人心
