一进大堂有股茶香味，酒店位置非常好是佛山的王井府商业中心，出入非常方便，酒店前台服务非常好还还贴心将洗好的衣服送上来，非常推荐

Very excellent service especially the customer service. One of the hotel which I super recommend their human interaction. Room is lean, service excellent, customer service excellent , recommended especially for those foreigner as the staff explain patiently.

房间衞生设施都没得説，很乾净，很齐全。服务也很好，酒店有股淡淡的清香，住起来很舒服，但是早上遇到接亲，一大早就开始吵，人家又是喜事，不好去説，希望酒店有相应应对措施吧唉，美中不足。

想不到华住集团旗下酒店可以那麽差，入门口时已看到一对情侣在跟前台吵架，还以为入错了地方。直至checkin入住时才告知明天早上(还是周末) 9:00-12:00，14:00-18:00酒店内部会装修，而且预订时也没有提前告知，前台姐姐不耐烦地说酒店官网有说明的。但我们不是在官网预订阿。酒店不是用来休息的吗？入住才告知肯定是不满意的阿，感觉被骗了，因为这家比祖庙还要贵，最大问题是前台的态度十分恶劣，要不然也不会随意给差评。

前台小刘服务好，环境优美舒适宜人，酒店交通很方便，房间设施挺好的，设备齐全，房间乾净 床垫非常柔软舒适房间热水来得也快，东西都比较齐全，早餐东西很多，味道不错，服务挺好的很用心，服务态度好，期待下次入住！

服务：房间里有足够的水，自助洗衣服务也很好。入住和离店时前台工作人员都很热情，待客有礼貌。
一进大堂就有淡淡的茶香味，很舒服。两人入住一间房也给了两张房卡，很方便。
